Anna Saldo-Burke is a career teacher for North Adams Public Schools. In 2010 she taught a Grade 3 Inclusive Education classroom, in which Special Needs students are educated within General Education settings.
Anna earned a Bachelor of Science in Education degree, a Master in Education degree, and a Doctorate in Education degree. She is certified to teach in both Elementary Education - Grades K-8 and Special Education in the state of Massachusetts.

-developed and implemented a middle school Life Skills Program for students with Down syndrome and Autism.

Her teaching career began in North Adams, Massachusetts. Anna designed and ran a high school vocational training program for Special Education students. She has been a Vocational Specialist for the Berkshire County Association for Retarded Citizens.
Anna returned to teaching for the North Adams Public Schools, and developed and implemented a middle school Life Skills Program for students with Down syndrome and Autism. She taught a classroom for significantly mentally and physically disabled students.
For several years, she taught elementary school Resource Room classrooms for Special Education students and provided academic pullout services. She taught Grade 3 & 5 Inclusive Education classrooms.
Anna has a long time friendship with an autistic woman, providing her with a unique experience with autism.
